In the name Tsukino, "Tsu" appears in the japanese word "getsuyoubi". Getsuyoubi means Monday or "Moon Day". "Chibi" is the japanese word for "little". And of course, "Usagi" means "rabbit" in japanese.

Attacks, Powers, Etc.

"Kitty Magic" (Luna P or Luna-P Henge)

This phrase changes her Luna-P Ball into any animate or inanimate object of her choice; most of these are designed for self-defense or subterfuge. The Luna-P Ball remains in its requested form until called upon by Chibi-Moon. While this toy usually floats idly around her, the Luna Sphere will defend Chibi-Moon from harm.

"Crystal Time Key"

This artifact is a golden, bejeweled skeleton key which allows Chibi-Moon to shift between the thirtieth and twentieth centuries. The Time Key doesn't always work the way Chibi-Moon intends, often causing quite a disturbance as a result.

Moonbeam Distress Call (Moon Beam)

Whenever Chibi-Moon is in distress, either through danger or merely sadness, a golden crescent will appear on her forehead, sending a brilliant beam of lunar energy coursing into the sky. The Distress Call alerts anyone within several miles of her presence.

"Pink Sugar Heart Attack"

Although not necessarily an attack, it's more of a training attack for Chibi-Moon. She uses this basically to distract the youma so that Sailor Moon can finish her off.

"Moon Gorgeous Meditation"

This phrase, when said with Sailor Moon, allows both her and Sailor Chibi-Moon to release a powerful arc of positive lunar magic. Both Senshi are enveloped in a sheath of brilliant white light and gain the ability of flight during the duration of this incantation.

Although not quite a fully-certified Sailor Senshi, Sailor Chibi-Moon has the makings of being even more powerful than Sailor Moon...if she can control her emotions. When she loses control, a beam of light shoots up from the crescent moon symbol on her forehead. At her youthful stage, she is very vulnerable to being brainwashed. However, as she grows over time, she takes hold of those raging emotions of her past. Her determination to protect her loved ones can only be compared to her mother, Sailor Moon. It would be interesting to see how her powers grow along with her maturity.
